Pet Policy
Pets will be an additional $40 for one pet and $60 for two pets, per month and payment is to be included with rent at the beginning of each month. Weight and breed type restrictions apply. There is a limit of two pets per unit. A non-refundable fee of $400 for one pet and $500 for two pets will be due at move-in. Exotic pets, such as snakes, rodents, uncaged birds, reptiles, insects, ferrets, spiders etc. will not be permitted.
